Atlanta Girls’ School is part of Lead with Languages Advocacy. Language Advocacy Month, February 2018, promotes and encourages language learning as a national priority in the in the United States.
Our A.P. Spanish students love to use their language skills in leadership and service. Our students lead by volunteering time for the Los Niños Primero organization, planning and executing the school’s Hispanic Heritage assembly in Spanish, advocating for the representation of AfroLatinos during Black History month, and petitioning to found a chapter for the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica through the American Council of Teachers of Foreign Languages.
