AGS Physical Day – May 1, 2019
On Wednesday, May 1, 2019 Athletic Trainers from Premier Sports Medicine of Georgia and Dr. Brandon Mines and Associates with Emory Sports Medicine will be providing physicals for the 2019-2020 school year in the AGS gym. AGS requires up-to-date physicals for all students annually. This requirement is due to our rigorous physical education program, workout days, retreats, and our many student athletic teams. Having the physical examination completed at school is a convenience for our AGS families and ensures all medical forms are filed with AGS in a timely manner. 100% of the fee goes to the AGS Athletic Department.

To have a sports physical on this day students must:
- have cash or check for $20 made out to Atlanta Girls’ School
- have the Medical History portion of the Pre-participation Physical Examination form filled out with parent signature.
Students without a signed medical history form will not be eligible for a sports physical during Sports Physical Day at AGS. Reach out to Robin Newberg, AGS School Nurse with any questions.
