Sarah Phillips Collins

Sarah Phillips Collins is a graduate from Harpeth Hall, an all-girls college prep school in Nashville, TN. She received her BA in Art with Honors with minors in Theater, English and American Studies from Oglethorpe University in 1998. She completed her MFA in Fashion from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah in 2005.

She has both taught in the undergraduate and graduate programs in Fashion, Fashion Marketing & Management, and Luxury and Fashion Management at SCAD Atlanta where she has also served as the Program Coordinator and Associate Chair for Fashion.

Sarah has done freelance design, product development, trend forecasting, and promotion for companies like SPANX and Brrr! She has also been a costume designer, visual merchandiser, and stylist. Sarah currently lives in Decatur, GA with her husband, 10-year-old daughter, and two dogs. She has a small obsession with Pinterest and true crime podcasts and invites you to speak with her about both.
