PC Bylaw Amendment 2020
The by-laws committee has made some recommended changes and updates to the current document.
Please take a moment to read the by-laws so that you can cast your absentee ballot and/or vote at the meeting on September 30th.
Major changes are:
- New board positions
- New rules around the nominating committee
- Electronic voting when necessary
- Next by-laws review in 2023
