Congratulations to our Literary Competitors

On Feb 1 students headed to the GISA Regional Literary Competition where they dominated! We are so proud of all of the amazing accomplishments of each and every girl. AGS came in 2nd place overall and many of our students received awards and are moving on to state. Below is a list of all of those who were recognized for their outstanding talents.

2nd place – Girls’ Solo Singing – Grace Adams Ward ’19 
2nd place – Girls’ Trio Singing – Olivia Santos ’19, Courtney Cage ’20, Trinity Yamamoto ’21
2nd place – Impromptu Speaking and Rhetorical Essay- Izzy Balaban ’19
2nd place – Extemporaneous Speaking – Mary Elizabeth Marquardt ’19
2nd place – Argumentative Essay – Lucy Shuker ’21
