AGS Goes to the Youth Empowerment Summit

AGS students had a great time Wednesday, November 13 at the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Youth Empowerment Summit, where they learned more about issues facing teens, including student health, digital citizenship, mental health, and financial literacy.

The 2nd Annual Youth Empowerment Summit (YES!) hosted over 500 young people. YES! brought together high school and college students to address emerging issues and provides a safe place for expression. YES! featured engaging workshops and an empowering panel of young people who are experiencing personal growth and leading social change in their communities.
