WIT Immersion Experience at Daugherty Business Solutions

This weekend, AGS students Monday Carter ’20, Jocelyn Williamson ’24, and Cydney Carter ’20, participated in the Women in Technology (WIT) and Daugherty Business Solutions hands-on User Experience Workshop.
At this interactive workshop, the girls worked in teams to create a customer journey map and presented their final map to the group. 
Customer journey mapping is an incredibly useful exercise for many brands to understand and improve the customer experience for its users.
