Comment: Set-up – chairs facing toward a screen.
Need about 60 chairs (a few more if there is room).

I will be presenting a PowerPoint, so I’ll need an Apple TV big screen setup. I’d like a podium for my notes as well. I don’t think I’ll need sound.

We will also have snacks and water so will need a table set up to display those.
