Karen Kelley Grosvenor

Karen has worked with nonprofit organizations for 25 years. In 2008, she joined Brooks, McGinnis & Company, where she provides financial assurance, accounting, internal control consulting, and advisory services to a variety of nonprofits, including schools. She also performs Single Audits related to federal grants and advises clients related to the compliance requirements in this area.

Karen began her career at Arthur Andersen and KPMG serving nonprofit organizations, in addition to public and private real estate and financial services companies. After leaving the Big Four, Karen provided accounting and advisory services to nonprofit organizations, including providing CFO services to a national youth foundation.

Grosvenor’s professional affiliations include:

  • Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta Finance Committee

Grosvenor earned her MBA from the University of Georgia and her BA from the University of Virginia, and she is a proud AGS parent to Margaret C’20.
