Jill MacRae is currently Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Anisa International. In this role she provides strategic leadership across all business segments supporting AI’s position as a leading global beauty manufacturer. Jill’s knowledge of building consumer brands is critical to the company’s dedication to capturing insights and creating authentic consumer experiences that fuel AI’s cosmetic brand partnerships as well as the soon-to-launch ANISA collection.
Before joining AI, Jill held various roles at SPANX where she most recently served as Executive Vice President of Global Commerce establishing new retail distribution, expanding the product offering and growing the category channels. While there, Jill also held the roles of Vice President of Global Marketing and National Director of Sales.
Prior to her time at SPANX, Jill worked for major consumer products companies, including Starbucks Coffee Company, Darden Restaurants, Dunkin’ Brands and Planet Hollywood International.
Jill has received a number of honors in her field including Share Our Strength’s “Most Innovative Cause Marketer.” In addition, she is passionate about giving back on a national and local level. She is an advisor to the National Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Annual Campaign and serves on the boards of Sheltering Arms for Kids Early Learning Centers and Pace Academy in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jill received a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia and currently resides in Buckhead with her husband, Dave, and two children, Caroline and Jack.
