Jia Gay

AGS trustee Jia Gay, CEO of APV Consulting, hads spent 25 years leading organizations and teams through successful transformation and change around the globe.

Jia served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Aramex, a leading logistics and transportation solutions provider across 65+ countries, from 2018-2021, building the HR team from the ground up. Before joining Aramex, Jia spent more than 25 years with The Coca-Cola Company. She most recently led Human Resources in the Middle East and North Africa region with additional HR leadership and oversight for the Company’s Eurasia and Africa territories, serving over 85 of the fastest-growing markets in the world. Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Jia worked with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), The Lucas Group, and Macy’s Inc., formerly Federated Department Stores.
 
Jia holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Alabama and a Master’s in Business Administration from Walden University.
