Jennifer Stanford Johnson

Jennifer Stanford Johnson is currently the Director for Student Success at Spelman College. She is committed to student success through innovative and timely academic support interventions to improve student engagement, achievement, retention, and graduation. 

Prior to joining Spelman, Jennifer worked both as an independent consultant to software and engineering organizations in the Atlanta area and as an electrical engineer at Lockheed Martin providing design and test support for various military platforms. While at Lockheed Martin, she received the Nova Award for Teamwork and the Aero Star Team Award, and was a participant in the EDGE Executive Leadership Development Program.
