She mixes a deep reservoir of professional expertise with brilliantly complex soft-skills to assist C-suite executives with building trust, increasing authenticity, uncovering blind spots, mitigating bias, and evoking powerful transformation. Cheryl is a storyteller who creates safe space for courageous conversations, and navigates sensitive dialogue with breathtaking warmth and compassion..

With over 25 years of experience, Cheryl has managed complex employment compliance and human resources portfolios for Fortune 50 corporations, and served as employment counsel for a myriad of local and national governmental entities. She currently is the director of Inclusion and Engagement at The Georgia Institute of Technology where she serves as the curator of transformative narratives and storytelling integration, dean of faculty for the Inclusive Leaders’ Academy, and chair of the Employee Resource Group Leadership Council.

In addition to a host of local Atlanta clients, Cheryl has served as a consultant for national clients such as Harvard University, The Federal Reserve Bank, Barclays, The Naval Post Graduate School Executive Leaders’ Program, Phillips Exeter Academy, The Department of Homeland Security & Defense, Correct Care Solutions, and Alcoa Corporation. She enjoys storytelling, story listening, performing magic, fencing, and producing storytelling concerts.
