Brooke Trible Weinmann, AGS Co-Founder

Brooke is co-founder, past board chair, and current trustee emerita of Atlanta Girls’ School, Atlanta’s only grade 6 – 12, single-gender, college preparatory, independent, non-sectarian school. Currently, she is Director of Engagement and Development at Connoisseurs Tours, a company specializing in designing journeys for regional and national membership organizations, colleges, universities, religious organizations, etc., that want to offer a sophisticated travel program.

She is a native of Essex County, Virginia, where she graduated from St. Margaret’s School, an Episcopal girls’ day and boarding school. She earned an A.B. in history from The College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Post college, Brooke was selected as a Commonwealth Intern for Virginia State Government and co-founded and served as vice president of Pacesetters, Inc., a Richmond firm specializing in executive search and management training. After graduate school, she worked for I.B.M. in Atlanta.

Her leadership positions and affiliations include the following: current College of William & Mary Foundation Board trustee and campaign steering member; current board member and past capital campaign co-chair of Skyland Trail; current member of advisory board of San Francisco Girls’ School Initiative; past university relations vice president and member of the Atlanta Chapter of ARCS (Achievement Rewards for College Scientists); past chair of the Emory University Board of Visitors; past president and board chair of the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta; past vice president of community and current sustainer of The Junior League of Atlanta, Inc.; graduate of Leadership Atlanta; past member of the Parents’ Council of Princeton University and the College of William & Mary; former trustee of St. Margaret’s School; active member of All Saints’ Episcopal Church and the Compass Rose Society of The Anglican Communion.

Brooke and her husband Winston live in Atlanta and spend summers in western Michigan. They have 4 children: 2 daughters, Ginny (Princeton ’12, Cambridge Judge School Business School MBA ’18) now married to Sagar (Princeton ‘13 and MIT ‘18) and Eason (W&M ’17); and 2 sons, Tucker (Elon ’11) and Whit (UGA ‘19). From 2002 – 2003, she and her family lived in Paris, France. She likes to travel, meet new people, make connections, read, race walk, bike and spend time with her husband, children, friends and extended family.
