The Parents’ Circle is looking for volunteers to work in the AGS Spirit Store. Just one Friday per month from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Store volunteers will monitor store inventory, answer parent and student questions, fulfill online orders, etc. Please email Shondria Covington or call her at 678-878-8700 for more information or to sign up.

The AGS Parents’ Circle Board Nominating Committee is tasked with encouraging and collecting nominations for the PC Board for the next school year. The Committee is seeking your help to develop a really great list of individuals who want to get involved as officers on the PC Executive Committee. We know that YOU know someone who would be great. You may also SELF-nominate! If we get more names than we can use this year, we will keep them on hold for the ’20-’21 school year. In fact, if you are more interested in the following year, please add an extra note on the form so we know to contact you then.

Jan Smith and Jessica Vaccaro will join the Parent Circle Coffee and bring you up to date on happenings – both old and new – in the AGS College Counseling program. They will offer current information about college admissions for the Class of 2017, give their best advice for both middle and upper school families, and answer any questions about our programs.
The PC is hosting a used uniform sale on May 3rd from 3:00-5:30pm in the cafe. AGS students are encouraged to drop off their unwanted washed, gently used uniform pieces at the front desk until May 1st. All pieces of middle school and PE uniforms are appreciated, but we are in desperate need of upper school skirts!
