AGS Global Travel Parent Meeting

Yvonne Hopkins presented the 2020 global travel options during the Aug 28 assembly. Intent to Travel and Financial Aid applications will be released by Wednesday, September 4 on Blackbaud.

2020 school-sponsored Global Travel Trips:

• Spring Break Trip: Panama (February 28 – March 7)
• Summer Trip: France (May 23 – June 2)

Please note the following dates:

• Global Travel Information Session and Parent/Student Interest Meeting: September 20 – 7:45 am (Presentation Room)
• Intent to Travel Applications Due: September 25
• Financial Aid Applications Due: September 25
• Financial Aid Decisions Released: September 30
• Trip Decisions/Confirmation: October 3
• First Payment: Deposits Due October 3
