The Atlanta Girls’ School (AGS) admits qualified students without regard to race, color, disability, religion, sexual orientation, age, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded and made available to students at the School. The Atlanta Girls’ School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, disability, religion, sexual orientation, age, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, financial aid program, athletics, and other school-administered programs and activities.

Consistent with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”), Atlanta Girls’ School does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs and activities or employment.
